  1. Eligibility:This Drawing is open only to those who complete a survey at [Drawing URL] and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Drawing is only open to legal residents of the United States, Canada and Australia and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Murdoch Method, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Drawing. The Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  2. Agreement to Rules:By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.   3. Drawing Period:Survey entries will be accepted online starting at 12:00am Eastern Standard Time (EST) on October 13, 2024 and ending at 11:59pm EST on November 3, 2024.
  4. How to Enter:The Drawing must be entered by submitting a survey using the online form provided at [Drawing URL]. The entry must fulfill all Drawing requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of The Murdoch Method, LLC.  You may enter only once.
  5. Prizes:The Winner of the Drawing (the “Winner”) will receive their choice of any pair of SURE FOOT Equine Balance Pads up to a value of $149.95 USD. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Murdoch Method, LLC to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
  6. Odds:The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  7. Winner Selection and Notification:The Winner will be selected by a random process under the supervision of The Murdoch Method, LLC. The Winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection. The Murdoch Method, LLC shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 14 days of the time the prize notification was sent or fails to timely submit a completed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by the Winner of the prize offered in this Drawing is conditional upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
