One pair each of the blue textured and larger soft Franklin balls in a handy carry bag.
The firmer small blue “moons” raise you slightly out of the saddle while the orange give you more lift but are softer to sit on.
Franklin balls placed under your seat bones passively open your hip angle and engage your seat. The lift functionally lengthens your leg and gives
you more thigh contact with the saddle. Great for working on evenness in the saddle (they will slip sideways, back of forward
if you move your seat too much or sit unevenly) and getting the feeling of opening the hip correctly. Use them for fifteen minutes during your warm up
or alternate during your ride to keep reminding you how to sit more correctly in the saddle. Works with any saddle, walk, sitting trot and canter.
